REGISTRATION FEE

Registration fee must be paid in advance of the event. Walk-in delegates, with payments will be admitted on space availability basis.

 

  • Please submit your registration fee payment accordingly.
  • Only papers submitted with full registration fees will appear in the conference e-Proceedings.
  • Selected papers from the e-proceeding will be published in the conference e-Journal.
  • During the ICSSR 2019 registration day, please bring along your registration fee payment documentations.
  • International Presenters / Participants (student or non-student) must pay the Registration Fee in USD / EURO / SGD.
  • We accept lo from Malaysian Universities and College Universities.

Please take note that:

 

  1. The conference fee is per participant/presenter.
  2. If the author and co-author/s present at the conference, each will be charged USD 330.00, when applicable.
  3. A fee of USD 20 will be charge for any request for a certificate for the co-author who is not the conference participant.
  4. All transaction in MYR base on USD 4.0 exchange rates with service charges.
  • International presenters / participants;payment for conference registration fee – made on the first day of the conference, must be made in us dollar (USD).
  • Additional paper is chargeable at USD 150 per paper
  • For student package, please email your Student ID for verification purpose

CONFERENCE PUBLICATION AND PRESENTATION POLICY

Please take note that:

  • The conference abstract book will be finalised SEVEN (7) days before the conference. Any conference paper submitted after the above date will not have its abstract included in the abstract book.
  • The conference presentation schedule will be finalised THREE (3) days before the conference. Any conference paper submitted after the above date will only have its presentation time published on the conference website.
  • The conference organiser does not promise for the abstract of any presentation confirmed on the first day of the conference to be published on the conference website soon.
  • Any conference presentation and/or attendance confirmed on the day of the conference will be entertained on seat availability basis. The conference organiser has the right to deny any request for presentation time from such conference presenter.
  • This policy will be strictly followed by the conference organiser.

Substitution is allowed for registered participants. Please note that payment must be made prior or before to the early bird due date to qualify for discount. Cancellation policy will be imposed if cancellation is made by:

1. Cancellation before 6 weeks of the event 100%
2. Cancellation less than 5 weeks of the event 50%
3. Cancellation less than 1 weeks of the event -no refund
